Garden

Of the four and a half acres in which Duart House is set, much is delightful garden.

Never in any season without interest, but in early summer a feast of colour in which to rejoice and be consoled for the departure of the wealth of spring blossom it has replaced.

Open always and provided with seating and shade, it is a refreshing oasis just a step from whirling life: and costs nothing but the time one gives.

Tui, thrush, blackbird, pigeon and the ducks of the pond are there to greet you.
